Method and Legal Basis for Collection

Personal data is collected through fully automated means (cookies, server log files, etc.) or partially automated means (form submissions, CV uploads, etc.). Data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5, Paragraph 2 of the Law, or on the basis of the data subject's explicit consent.

Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: conducting business operations, managing customer relationships, handling legal affairs, carrying out financial and accounting transactions, ensuring physical premises security, managing human resources processes, maintaining occupational health and safety activities, overseeing logistics and supply chain management, and fulfilling statutory obligations, including the provision of information to authorized public institutions and organizations.

Transfer of Personal Data

Personal data may be transferred to KTKS group companies, business partners, and authorized public institutions and organizations, provided that the necessary security measures are taken, within the framework of the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

Your Rights Under Article 11 of the Law

As personal data subjects, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose of processing and whether data is being used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred domestically or abroad; request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request the deletion or destruction of your data within the scope of Article 7 of the Law; and claim compensation for any damages arising from unlawful processing of your data.
