Quality Management and Certification
All KTKS facilities operate under the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Every stage of production, from raw material acceptance to packaging, is documented in our laboratories equipped with modern analytical instruments and verified through periodic internal and external audits.
Our quality assurance processes are carried out in three main stages:
Input Control: Raw materials undergo chemical and physical analysis before being admitted into production.
Process Control: Samples are taken at every critical point in production, and parameters are monitored in real-time.
Final Product Control: All packaged products are approved for compliance with customer specifications and standards.
Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Energy Management Systems are structured around the principles of goal-oriented management, continuous improvement, and raising awareness among all stakeholders. Energy efficiency projects, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and waste heat recovery are among our top priorities in this area.
