Effect of Calcium Carbonate on Polymers

Polical products exhibit exceptionally high thermal conductivity, enabling a reduction in extrusion temperatures. By lowering the melt viscosity of the polymer and reducing shear within the screw, films cool more rapidly, extruder pressure decreases and significant capacity gains are achieved in production.
