Erciyes Kireç | Lime Production Facility

Drawing on high-purity limestone reserves in the Kayseri–Nevşehir region, Erciyes Kireç produces hydrated lime (Ca(OH)₂) and quicklime (CaO) for the construction, environmental engineering, iron and steel, and industrial process sectors. All production stages — from incoming raw material to final product — are conducted under continuous laboratory supervision.

Erciyes Kireç products are characterised by high reactivity and low impurity levels, positioning the facility as a preferred supplier for water treatment, flue gas desulphurisation, and ground stabilisation applications.

Erciyes Mikron | Mikronized Calcite Production

Established in 1996, Erciyes Mikron is one of Turkey’s pioneering facilities in ground calcium carbonate (GCC) production. Operating within 7,400 square metres of enclosed production space, the plant utilises state-of-the-art grinding, classification and coating equipment to achieve fine particle size distributions.

• Coated calcite products for PVC profiles, siding and cladding applications

• Masterbatch and compound intermediate products

The facility holds ISO 9001:2015 and TSE certifications and is a registered trademark holder. Periodic analytical testing is conducted in collaboration with accredited third-party organisations.

Polical Compound | Compound Manufacturing

Established in 2008 as an integrated extension of the Erciyes Mikron facility, Polical Compound manufactures high-fill PP and PE based compounds in a modern 2,400 square metre production plant. Calcite sourced directly from Erciyes Mikron is homogeneously incorporated into polymer matrices at varying fill rates, delivering functional compound solutions to plastic processors.

• LLDPE/LDPE based product series for film, carrier bag and shrink wrap applications

• PP based product series for profile, injection moulding and pipe applications

• Cost-optimised formulations available across a range of fill ratios

Polical compounds are positioned as functional raw materials for the plastics industry, valued for their positive effects on impact resistance, thermal stability, extrusion throughput and surface gloss.

Emek Mozaik | Calcite and Mosaic Production 

Founded in 1997 in Niğde, home to Turkey’s highest-purity calcium carbonate deposits, Emek Mozaik joined the KTKS Group in 2008. The facility supplies raw calcite, granule calcite and mosaic products as industrial raw materials to the paint, construction chemicals, food, paper and industrial filler sectors.

Emek Mozaik also serves as a key upstream supplier, providing calcite feedstock to the Erciyes Mikron production facility and reinforcing the Group’s vertically integrated supply chain.
