Erciyes Kireç has been one of Turkey's trusted facilities in the production of hydrated lime (calcium hydroxide) and quicklime (calcium oxide) since 1972. Our plant, located in Kayseri, produces high-purity lime products for construction, water treatment, agriculture, and industrial processes. Operating under KTKS, we maintain uninterrupted production backed by decades of experience and continuously renewed technology.

Our Facility

Located at the 60th kilometer of the Kayseri–Ankara Highway, our plant is an integrated lime production facility built on 7,400 m² of covered space and a total land area of 77,000 m². We produce powdered limestone lime and lump lime for use in the construction sector, water purification processes, and various branches of industry.

Raw Material Quality

One of the most critical factors determining lime quality is the characteristics of the raw material. The CaCO₃ content of the raw material used in our plant is at the level of 98–99%. This superior-quality raw material, combined with years of experience and advanced technology, gives rise to the Erciyes Kireç brand, which holds a strong position in the market.

Production Capacity and Diversity

Our plant produces lime of the quality required to meet the needs of various sectors, including plaster, construction chemicals, iron and steel, and air pollution prevention in energy production, and carries out quality control in its own modern laboratories.

In addition to lime production, limestone of various sizes is also produced for concrete manufacturing and aggregate applications.

Quality Certificates and Certifications

All our products hold TSE and CE (European Conformity) quality certificates. We conduct our production and marketing processes in accordance with the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and document our energy management under ISO 50001:2018. We continuously develop our Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems in line with the principle of continuous improvement.
